UPLIFT Mentoring Program
The U.P.L.I.F.T. Mentoring Program was launched in November 2000, shortly after the chartering of Rho Chi Zeta Chapter. U.P.L.I.F.T. is a 10-week mentoring program to assist in directing high school girls on a positive path as they journey through their teen years. The life skills being taught are applicable whether the participants plan to attend college or gain immediate employment. Ridley High School in Folsom, PA was selected as the pilot school for the program. Since its inception, the program has even extended beyond Delaware County. Over the years, programs have consisted of ten interactive workshops like some of the following:

2. UPLIFT Girls Rock! - Stress Management & Building Self-Confidence
3. Makeup Tips and Tricks
4. Show Me the Money - Earning, Spending, Saving & Borrowing
5. Your Body is Your Temple - Nutrition, Healthy Body Image, & Mental Wellness

The culmination of the UPLIFT Mentoring Program is the Finer Womanhood Blue Revue, “From Girls to Pearls.” The Finer Woman Blue Revue is a platform for the ladies to showcase the skills and talents that they have developed during the mentoring program in front of family, friends and community leaders.
After Rho Chi Zeta Chapter’s Annual Finer Womanhood Blue Revue, all qualifying U.P.L.I.F.T. participants receive an invitation to join the Archonette Club, a national auxiliary group of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. The purpose of the Archonette Club is to encourage members to forge mentoring relationships with members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, strengthen leadership and communication skills, and learn the importance of education, community involvements, and sisterhood. Proceeds from the Blue Revue go to providing scholarships and books awards to deserving young ladies. Rho Chi Zeta Chapter has awarded more than $30,000 in scholarships and book awards.
